Designed specifically for company front liners including Security Officers, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service Front Liners, and Administrators, this training provides a comprehensive orientation on gender and development, as well as the essential concepts of stigma and sexuality. By fostering a global mindset, participants will gain a deep understanding of the relevant Philippine laws addressing safe spaces, harassment, and discrimination. This training is a crucial investment for companies, empowering them to proactively navigate the digital landscape, avoid social media backlash, and effectively counter cancel culture. Equip your team with the knowledge and skills to thrive in today's socially conscious environment.An innovative approach of training advocates in peer-education on different health and social issues and community-based planning using both theory-based approaches and hands-on skills training using arts and social media as the medium to craft Information-Education-Communication (IEC) materials that will be used in the implementation of the Stigma Reduction Program. (HIV/AIDS, Mental Health, Leprosy, Cancer, etc.)Accredited by the DOH-NASPCP, CAMP's HCT Training is a certification workshop mandated by the Department of Health and conducted by accredited HIV Master Counselors and Trainers. It is a 5-day workshop that employs various methodologies to improve knowledge, skills and attitudes of aspiring HIV Counselors. Successful participants will be certified by the Department of Health and included in the HIV Counselor Masterlist of the Philippines. [accredited by the DOH-NASPCP]This is a 2-hour lecture-seminar for participants to gain a foundational understanding of the terms and concepts related to sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual Characteristics (SOGIESC); normative adolescent development; this is being done for the purpose of Stigma and Discrimination Reduction and can be designed in the context of discussing the issues related to HIV/AIDS, mental health, woke culture, business compliance and other health conditions other issues related to the LGBTQIA community.This is a 4-hour Zoom Support Group Session for 10 participants. A mental and psychosocial 'first aid' that aims to protect or promote psychosocial well-being or address mental health issues. It aims to maintain the protection and well-being of persons of concern by strengthening community and family support, it ensures that persons distressed by mental health and psychosocial problems have access to appropriate care, and it ensures that persons suffering from moderate or severe mental disorders have access to essential mental health services and to social care.Training / Seminar on Stigma and Discrimination Reduction;
